內容

　　史語所藏內閣大庫檔案約計三十一萬件，含清朝內閣收貯的制詔誥敕、題奏表章、史書、錄書、塘報、黃冊、簿冊、朝貢國表章，以及內閣各廳房處的檔案、修書各館檔案、試題、試卷、瀋陽舊檔等，其中以題奏本章為大宗。這些檔案內容涉及明清時代國家與社會各方面的事務，為研究明清史難得的原始資料。

Content

The Grand Secretariat Archives housed in the Institute of History and Philology consist of approximately 310,000 items. These include imperial edicts, court letters, source materials collected for compiling historical writings, examination papers, confidential documents of foreign nations, inter-office correspondences of the Grand Secretariat, and so on. Its contents are extremely variegated and very useful to scholars and students researching a diverse array of topics of Ming and Qing history.

Description

The objective of this project is to digitize the said archives for the purpose of enhancing it’s accessibility and utilization. Our tasks include the production of digital images, catalog databases , text databases, authority control, content analysis, among others.
